The Bossier City Fire Department is now accepting applications for the entrance firefighter civil service test. The deadline to apply is 4 p.m. on April 30, 2018. Applications may be picked up and turned in at the Bossier City Fire Department administrative offices, 620 Benton Road. Applicants will be notified of the test date and location.
The fire department has no positions available at this time however it is offering the test to keep a current pool of applicants in the event there are openings over the next 18 months.
