[ARCHIVED] Homicide Investigation Underway After Body Found on Westgate Drive

Bossier City Police began an investigation into an apparent homicide around 9:30 a.m. Monday morning outside the Cordova Court Apartments on Westgate Drive. The body of a white male was located in a dumpster by a man who was rummaging through the trash. That man told another man who then flagged down an officer in the area.


Police identified the deceased as 45-year-old Steven Lincoln Milner, a resident of 900 Westgate Drive, Apartment F2 in Bossier City.


The cause of death is under investigation by the Bossier Parish Coroner.
