Our crews were very busy on Saturday as calls for service related to water leaks and burst pipes increased significantly. Today, the sun will be out and the temperature is expected to rise above freezing by noon and into the low 40s in the afternoon. Much like yesterday, that is when burst pipes will begin to leak. If you are a Bossier City water customer and you have low/no water pressure
please call (318) 741-8466 to report the leak. It is important that leaks are addressed in order to maintain water pressure in the entire system. It has not been easy but our crews are maintaining adequate fill in all the water tanks.
