Officers arrested 60-year-old Herman Allen Levy of Bossier City on a charge of aggravated battery for stabbing 53-year-old Charles Ray Alexander with a knife inside Alexander's apartment.
Police were called to the scene at approximately 5 p.m. Tuesday and made contact with Levy who was standing outside the apartment.
