Bossier City police are investigating a fatal car crash that killed a woman Wednesday night. The crash happened at approximately 8 p.m. Terri Jane Harold, 50, of Bossier City, was driving a car eastbound on the Industrial Drive Extension when the vehicle crashed through a barricade at the location where road comes to a dead end. The car then rolled over several times in a grassy area before coming to rest along a drainage ditch that runs parallel to I-20 south of the eastbound lanes.

An investigation determined Harold was not wearing a seat belt. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Bossier City police suspect alcohol may have been a factor in the crash.
