20 years ago this week, Penny Madanat went missing.

Penny was last seen leaving Cowboys nightclub (now the Rockin' Rodeo) on Gould Drive on October 26, 1991. She was 23-years old at the time. Penny is a white female, 5'7" 128 pounds with auburn hair and blue eyes. She wore braces on her teeth and had a birthmark on her left arm and a small mole above her lip on right side.

Police suspect her disappearance may have been the result of foul play however many unanswered questions still surround her case which is now featured along with her photo on several Bossier Crime Stoppers digital billboards around Bossier City.

In an effort to seek additional information about Penny's disappearance, the Bossier City Police Department is asking anyone who has spoken with investigators about her case in the past to call the department at (318) 741-8648.
