City of Bossier City administrative offices will be closed Monday, September 5, 2011 in observance of Labor Day. Residential trash collection in Bossier City will also be suspended on Labor Day. The schedule for trash pickup for that week will be altered as follows:
- Trash normally picked up on Monday will be collected on Tuesday.
- Trash normally picked up on Tuesday will be collected on Wednesday.
- Trash collection on Thursday and Friday will remain the same.
