Neighborhood Parks
Bicentennial Neighborhood Park:100 John Wesley Boulevard, 2.2 acres - Location Map
- Facilities: Gazebo, tables, benches, used primarily for celebrations and weddings.
- Gazebo Rental: $10.00 per hour, plus clean up deposit, security, and BPAR employee.
- BPAR employee: $20.00 per hour, minimum of 2 hours.
- Clean-up deposits are refunded if facility left clean.
- $100.00 for up to 50 people,
- $200.00 for over 50 people.
The Bossier City Police Chief determines security requirements:
Security requirement, if necessary, is a minimum of 1 Police Officer @ $25.00 per hour each for a minimum of 4 hours. Once an officer is assigned and event is cancelled there will be a cancellation fee of $50.00 payable to the assigned officer. The person reserving the park will pay the cancellation fee.
Field of Dreams: 4716 Hazel Jones Road, 2.5 acres - Location Map
- Facilities: Modular playground and challenger baseball field for handicapped children, restroom facilities, picnic areas, jogging/walking trail.
Hooter Neighborhood Community Park: 100 Hooter Drive, (318) 741-8357, 11 acres - Location Map
- Facilities: Recreation center with air-conditioned gym, recreation room, community service room, parking, modular playground, water spray park, jogging/walking trail, practice baseball/football field.
- Recreation Room Rental: $10.00 per hour, plus clean up deposit, security, and BPAR employee.
- BPAR employee: $20.00 per hour, minimum of 2 hours.

Patricia Drive Neighborhood Park: 3051 Patricia Drive between Northgate and Airline Drive, 3.67 acres - Location Map
- Facilities: Youth baseball/softball field, tennis courts, modular playground equipment, picnicking, jogging/walking, and shelter with restrooms.
Shady Grove Neighborhood Park: 3949 Wayne Street, (318) 741-8358, 10 acres - Location Map
- Facilities: Air-conditioned gym, softball field, and activity rooms
- Activity Room Rental: $10.00 per hour, plus clean up deposit, security, and BPAR employee.
- BPAR employee: $20.00 per hour minimum of 2 hours.

- Facilities: Swimming pool, three pavilions, picnic area, tennis courts, two modular playgrounds, jogging/walking trail, bleachers, Frisbee golf course, and shade trees.
- Pavilion Rental: $10.00 per hour, plus clean up deposit and security.
- Clean-up deposits are refunded if facility left clean.
- $100.00 for up to 50 people.
- $200.00 for over 50 people.

- Maximum number of people per pavilion is 25.
