B.P.A.R. offers different programs for citizens of all ages to participate. Some of the programs include: Youth Sports Programs, Adult Sports Programs, Recreation Centers Activities and any Special Events connected to the Parks & Recreation Division.

Monday - Friday
Shed Road Pool -             12:00PM to 5:45PM
Swimming Lesson            10:00AM
Mike Wood Pool -           12:00 - 6:45
Swimming Lessons          10:00AM
Ft. Smith Pool                 12:00 to 4:45
Senior Water Aerobics    10:00AM and 11:00AM -  Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
All pools Saturday times 12:00PM - 5:00PM

CLOSED every Sunday!

Daily Rates -

  • Adult $2.00 per day
  • 17 years and under $1.00 per day

Season Pass -

  • Individual $35.00
  • Family (max of 4) $75.00

 Swiming Lesson: You must sign up at the pools for lessons.

Hunters Education Course

Participates must be at least 10 years of age.  Field day classes only are tought at the BPAR office.  Registration for the online course and field day class can be done through the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries website. Class capacity is 30.
