Streets & Drainage
The Streets and Drainage Division of Public Works is
divided into 4 crews - Concrete Maintenance(concrete/asphalt
repairs and special projects), Tractor Mowers, Small Mowers,
and Drainage Maintenance. This Division also operates a
street sweeper throughout the City.
The Concrete Maintenance crew repairs broken or worn out
street panels, sidewalks, curbs, and patches asphalt potholes
in addition to performing cleanup and construction projects.
The Mowing Crews maintain State roads and City street right
of ways throughout the growing season as well as maintaining
various City projects. The Drainage Crew cleans out ditches,
catch basins, and repairs drainage pipes.
