The City Attorney's Office
provides legal advice to the Mayor, City Council and all
officers, city departments, commissions, boards and agencies
of the City of Bossier City. This office prepares and/or
reviews all legislation presented to the City Council.
It handles all legal instruments to which the City of Bossier
City is a party or has an interest in and represents the
City in all litigation, including the prosecution of ordinance
violations, and traffic citations in City Court. The staff
is comprised of two full-time attorneys and two support
staff.
