MARIE C. WISSMAN

Ms. Wissman and her husband retired to Bossier City in 1972 and she delved into improving life in her adopted home. She was founding president of Bossier City’s Clean City program, served on several boards including the Parish Library, Bossier Community Hospice and the Bossier Parish Community College Chancellor’s board, was a volunteer breast cancer counselor at Barksdale and brought Mardi Gras to Shreveport-Bossier.
