Mamie Edwards Stinson McKnight

Proud to be one of the two seniors of the first graduating class of Benton High School, Ms.McKnight always attended Benton’s first day of school and graduation until she was no longer able. She also served as one of Bossier Parish’s first female postmasters. She belonged to many historical organizations and served on the Bossier Parish Library Board and the American Legion Auxiliary.
