Inge Klosmann Dyck

Ms. Dyck, an East German émigré and real estate agent, formed a group called Concerned Citizens of Bossier City. She attended City Council meetings and spoke out on behalf of the citizens on a regular basis between 1977-1989, serving as the “Conscience of Bossier City.” An East German Émigré, who lived under Nazism and fled Communism, Inge greatly appreciated and strove to live the American democratic ideal.
